Dear American Hero,

I am sending you this THANK YOU and GET WELL card as a very small token of my great respect, appreciation, and admiration for all you’ve done to serve the United States.

I know it’s not easy to leave your loved ones behind to go off to war in a faraway place. And I know it’s even more difficult to cope with a severe injury as you try to return to a “normal” life with your friends and family.

Please accept my sincere gratitude, and that of many other Americans, for the sacrifice you made when you put on our country’s uniform. All who love and cherish freedom are deeply in your debt.

I am honored to join with the Coalition to Salute America’s Heroes in sending you best wishes for a speedy recovery and hoping that your family will find much comfort, peace and success.
