Dear American Hero,

Memorial Day is the day that Americans honor those who served in the military and made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

On this occasion, I want to also send you this THANK YOU and GET WELL card as a very small token of my great respect for all that you've done in service of the United States.

Please accept my sincere gratitude, and that of many other Americans, for the sacrifice you made when you put on our country's uniform. All who love and cherish freedom are deeply in your debt.

I am honored to join with the Coalition to Salute America's Heroes in sending you best wishes for a speedy recovery and hoping that your family will find much comfort, peace and success.
